# Unofficial packet: NRC efficiency through AI, automation, and emerging technology

This packet supports internal and external awareness. It is not an NRC issuance, not an authorization to use a tool, and not a use of the NRC seal.

Every programmatic or quantitative claim is in `claims/claim-list.md`, with a public source. The internal brief speaks to NRC staff and internal stakeholders. The external brief speaks to the public and outside stakeholders. Both use the same claims. Review schedules tied to the executive order in the boundary claim are labeled as process reforms, not as an AI result. [C23]

## What is in the packet

- `claims/claim-list.md` and `claims/claims.json` — the only source of figures and program claims
- `reports/internal-audience-report.md` — staff and internal stakeholders
- `reports/external-audience-report.md` — the public and outside stakeholders
- `templates/internal-message-template.md` — fill-in fields for internal use
- `templates/external-message-template.md` — fill-in fields for external use
- `templates/briefing-card-template.md` — one card with an internal block and an external block
- `artifacts/message-matrix.md` — the same claims, said two ways
- `artifacts/source-notes.md` — which public page each citation points to
- `artifacts/image-captions.md` — what each awareness image is for
- `images/` — awareness graphics

## How to use it

Pick a claim id. Paste that claim's words into a template. Do not add a percentage the claim does not contain. If a schedule from the licensing efficiencies page comes up, keep the sentence that says it is not an AI result.
